I’ve spent my career in kitchens where every detail matters — from the way a sauce comes together to the way a guest feels when the plate hits the table.
After training at the French Culinary Institute, I built my foundation cooking professionally here in Champaign-Urbana, later serving as a Chef Instructor at the University of Illinois. That blend of restaurant work and teaching shaped my approach: technique-driven, consistent, and always centered on the guest experience.
Cooking has always been about connection for me. It’s about people sharing time, stories, and food made with intention.
