Meet the Chef.
After training at the French Culinary Institute, I spent years cooking professionally in Champaign-Urbana, from restaurant kitchens to my work as a Chef Instructor at the University of Illinois. That experience shaped the way I cook today — grounded in technique, consistency, and respect for ingredients.
